Registration is closed for the 2025 Responsible and Ethical Conduct of Research (RECR) Symposium. The RECR Symposium is an annual training event that explores the complex ethical issues that arise while conducting research, and it is a great fit for researchers of all career stages.

When: September 12th from 1- 4 pm 
Where: Appel Commons, Room 303ABC (in-person only)

This year, the Symposium’s topic is Research Integrity and Misconduct, and the event will feature presentations and a panel discussion to discuss real-life cases and solutions related to plagiarism, falsification and fabrication of data, and disputes in mentoring relationships.

Note: The Symposium also helps meet NIH’s face-to-face RECR training requirements.
