Data security has always been a concern for both researchers and funding organizations; data breaches could result in data integrity and reliability issues, total data loss, violations of data use agreements, loss of privacy on the part of human subjects, regulatory violations, etc. In this presentation, Bobby Edamala, Chief Information Security Officer, will discuss research data security and outline how you can help preserve Cornell’s reputation as a leading R1 institution.
